The drivers of Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service strive to maintain departure and arrival times as the client requests. The
drivers are not responsible for delays of any kind resulting directly or indirectly for the following circumstances: accident, breakdown,
traffic, road condition, storms, or any other conditions beyond our control.
Upon agreeing to and accepting the Terms of Hire, customer agrees that in the event the rented vehicle suffers or sustains a
mechanical problem such as renders inoperable, Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service, at its discretion, may provide another
vehicle(s) of equal or greater value, and that such replacement will satisfy Leisure Limousine and Sedan Services’ responsibility
under this agreement. Any unforeseen circumstances resulting in a refund will be issued a company credit only.
WEDDING: The customer agrees to pay one-half (1/2) of the total upon signing this contract and the balance is to be paid two (2)
weeks prior to the reservation date. Payments for deposit or final payment can be taken by cash, check or money order. You may
also use credit card, via a phone call into the office.
PROMS/NEW YEAR’S EVE: The customer agrees to pay one-half (1/2) of the total upon signing this contract. In addition, the
balance is to be paid two (2) weeks prior to the event. Payments for deposit or final payment can be taken by cash, check or money
order. You may also use credit card, via a phone call into the office.
NIGHT OUT: The customer agrees to pay one-half (1/2) of the total upon signing this contract. In addition, the balance is to be paid
two (2) weeks prior to the event. Payments for deposit or final payment can be taken by cash, check or money order. You may also
use credit card, via a phone call into the office.
AIRPORT RUNS: The customer agrees to pay one-half (1/2) of the total trip upon signing this contract. I understand that the final
payment is to be paid on the going trip. Payments for deposit or final payment can be taken by cash, check or money order. You may
also use credit card, via a phone call into the office, prior to the going trip only.
FINAL PAYMENTS: The balance due on Final Payment will be paid to Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service two (2) weeks prior
to date of pick-up. This can be paid by check, money order or credit card. Payments can be sent to Leisure Limousine and Sedan
Service at 5008 NW Cuming St., Lincoln, NE 68521. Credit card payments will be accepted by phone or in office. All final
payments must be paid as designated. If not paid by the due date, we will consider the booking as a cancellation with your down
payment NOT being returned.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service requires a Security Deposit of $50.00 with all bookings. This is to
be paid with the half down payment upon booking. In the event there is damage, upon inspection by our driver at the conclusion of
the trip, we will use the amount needed within the security deposit to take care of any damage. Any balance left over within the
security deposit will be refunded to the renter. If there is NO damage, your deposit will be returned within one (1) week of date of
service. We, Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service, have the right to void this Security Deposit at anytime as we see needed!
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Regardless of the amount of the deposit or the date it was received, once our company received a
deposit, it is non-refundable for cancellation. If a deposit is placed on a reservation and then cancelled, the undersigned is
responsible for the remainder of the payment if the cancellation is made within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION WITH CREDIT CARD: Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service is able to hold credit card numbers to guarantee
reservations, however, should there be a cancellation while your credit card is being held there is a penalty. If the cancellation is
within 48 hours of the event there will be full charge for the cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of 48 hours, there is a one-third
(1/3) charge on the card.
Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service is also able to charge credit cards over the phone via a phone call into the office. Once the
card holder provides the credit card information, and we have charged the card for the amount authorized, there is no refund if there
is a cancellation. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
GRATUITY: Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service suggests a tip to our drivers in the amount of 15% to 20% of the total rental
charge. This can be paid to the driver direct at the end of the run or you can add the amount in the total charge up front. Do not
include the Security Deposit or Mileage Charge in the total.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Unreserved overtime and other surcharges that cannot be determined or calculated prior to service are not
included in the estimate. The 15-20% gratuity is not included in advertised rates.
UN-RESERVED OVERTIME: Customer agrees to reimburse Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service for any unreserved overtime
charges. Customer agrees to have these charges assessed to the customers credit card on file unless other arrangements are
made. Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service will provide customer with a detailed receipt or any charges.
ALCOHOL AND NARCOTICS POLICY: Any alcoholic beverages used at the time of service must be purchased by the customer and
kept inside the coach area of the limousine at all times. Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service does not supply alcoholic
beverages to its customer’s. (LL&S provides complimentary champagne for Weddings, Anniversaries and Birthdays.) Use of
narcotics is strictly prohibited.
ALCOHOL AND 21 YEARS OF AGE: No alcoholic beverages shall be used before or during services of Leisure Limousine and
Sedan Service to any person under the age of 21. Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service will not be held liable for the actions of
customers who do serve minors while retaining the services of the company, agent or employees. The driver reserves the right to
check identification at any time during services if underage alcohol consumption is suspected. The driver also reserves the right to
refuse services to anyone under the age of 21 if he/she is suspected of alcohol consumption.
SMOKING POLICY: Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service does not allow smoking in any of its limousine or sedan fleet.
Customer upon agreeing to Terms of Hire, thereby waives any and all claims against Leisure Limousine and Sedan Service, or
any agent or employee of company for injury, loss or damage, including consequential damages, to customer’s person or property
from whatever cause and however occurring, unless the same shall be caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of
company, company agents or employees. Customer is responsible for all actions, including the actions of your party. Any disorderly
conduct will be considered a breach of this contract and the entire party may be dropped off at the drivers discretion. Customer is
responsible for any and all damages. (Also, see Security Deposit above.)
